Do you need a VA?

Do you need help in your business but don't know where to start?

.... You Need a VA!

A Virtual Assistant, or VA as we are more popularly called, is like having a PA who works remotely but it's not just about admin and booking appointments. Here are some examples of the work I do for my clients:

  • Customer happiness  - onboarding new clients, replying to emails, looking members of online communities (e.g. Facebook groups and online course participants), booking clients in for their sessions, making sure they are up to date with their payments.
  • Content marketing - uploading, formatting, testing, and sometimes writing content for blogs and email newsletters, finding the right image to go with that blog.
  • Event support - including helping get the social media and content marketing out for an event, registering attendees and providing pre-event support, being at the event on the day, and follow-up sales support.
  • Social media - writing social media posts and finding or creating the right image to go with them, scheduling posts to social media.

But that's not all a VA can do, VA friends of mine do a whole host of other work including bookkeeping, research projects, project management, sales funnel set up, all kinds of technical support and implementation, and more!

I'm fully booked right now, but I do have quite a few VA friends, so please get in touch if you'd like a referral. Just hop over to the contact page and fill in the form here.
